NETWORK OF ACADEMIC STUDY CENTERS

The Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University has established 9 study Centres which are located Pune, Navi Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolhapur, Solapur, Karad and Sangli, These centres function as an interface between the University and students and works as a collaborator in effective programme delivery The following facilities are provided at the centre:

1.  Arrangement for subject specific and general academic counseling

2.  Library facilities

3. Conduct of assignments, tutorial sessions / seminars and University examinations

The programmes are conducted in collaboration with faculties of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University institutions where these study centres are located. They have excellent buildings and infra structural facilities including state of the art learning resources. Through decades of excellent educational inputs and academic ambience, these institutions have emerged as resourceful learning campuses in their areas. The academic counsellors, seminars/ tutorial sessions at local centers, ensured continuous monitoring. This works as an important motivating factor for a learner to learn. The Academic Co-ordination Unit for the Programme concerned is created for monitoring the programme most effectively.

PROGRAMMES OFFERED

Bharati Vidyapeeth University through its constituent units offers a number of short term, long term academic programmes leading to Certificates, Diplomas or Degrees. All these programmes, have been conceived and developed by the appropriate authorities of the University, through a properly laid down process of knowledge creation and dissemination in the respective discipline. Out of these programmes, some programmes which are need-based are offered under distance learning system. A list of such programmes is given in the following pages.

The programmes eojjip the learner with additional professional Qualifications and provide them opportunities for self enrichment and learner need not discontinue either vertical liberal education ladder or give up his job. The opportunity of knowledge up-gradation that a learner gets through these programmes helps to increase his prospects for better employment.
